This truly is a safe atmosphere for comedy lovers of all ages as they proudly proclaim they are comedy for everyone. You can enjoy the comedy show on Fridays at 7 PM.
The Bull Moose
What better way to end your weekend than with a good laugh to get you prepared for the next week ahead? Enjoy Sundays with a great laugh from Broken Magic on the patio at the Bull Moose Bar. These shows are only once a month on the last Sunday but they feature some of Omaha's funniest residents. Another plus is the patio is dog-friendly. You can purchase tickets to the comedy show in advance for a 50% discount. Advance tickets are six dollars and tickets at the door are $12.
Funny Bone Comedy Club
This is one of the longest-standing comedy clubs in the city it has been around since 1988. It is one of the most recognizable names when you talk about hitting up a comedy club in Omaha. Not only is it a great spot to enjoy life you can enjoy the full restaurant and bar so it is dinner and a show. Funny Bone has a national reputation as a comedy club.
Dubliner Pub
Located in Omaha's Old Market District this is the place to stop in for a light-hearted good laugh. Every Monday there's an open mic night for budding comedians. If you are someone who can get a good laugh out of the crowd you may even want to try it yourself. You can sign up to get on stage at 8:30 PM and open mic night starts at 9 PM the great thing is the show is free to watch and the drink specials are very reasonable.
Backline Comedy Theater
If you are looking for a comedy spot that offers all types of comedy from improv to sketch to stand-up to watching new budding comedians and seasonal performers you want to hit the Backline Comedy Theater. And if you are aspiring to be a comedian yourself you can also take comedy classes and workshops at the back line.
Zip Line Brewing Company
The Zip Line offers free weekly comedy showcases on the third Thursday of the month. Bartender and master of ceremonies Colton hosts the show with a free lineup of stand-up comedians local to the Nebraska area and beyond. The show starts at 7 PM and there are amazing drink specials including one dollar beer. It is a great spot to enjoy a budget-friendly night on the town.
